obinutuzumab : anticorps monoclonal anti CD20

il s'agit d'une immunothérapie

il est indiqué dans les pathologies lymphoïdes B (LLC, lymphome folliculaire, lymphome B diffus à grandes cellules, lymphome du manteau, waldenström, etc ..) souvent en association avec une chimiothérapie (CHOP, Bendamustine par exemple ) ou des thérapies ciblées (acalabrutinib par ex)
